INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pear
  • 2/3 of a mug of almond milk (200ml)
  • One teaspoon of lime juice
  • a big handful of spinach
  • a handful of oats
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla powder

METHOD

Slice the pear into pieces, discarding the core. Put all ingredients in nutribullet large mug, securely tight the extractor blade and blend with short intervals until you can see the content is become smooth and creamy. please ensure the oats are blended well.
