• Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched on time using reliable courier partner.
• Shipping and handling charges include all packing, warehouse, and logistics cost.

Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace where possible, or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty; we reserve the right to have any faulty items tested by the manufacturer before issuing a refund or replacement part.

All returned items must be authorized and sent back to us with proof of delivery. Any return postage costs will be refunded at our discretion only.
